Karen Cappello, MCC, BCC

Karen Cappello Founder and Leadership Coach for Leverage for Leaders Coach AcademyHi, I’m Karen Cappello and I welcome you to the Leverage for Leader Executive Coach Training program. 

What’s important for you to know about me is that I have been a trainer for 3 different coach training programs over the past 10 years. I have spent over 10,000 hours both in training coaches, and being trained myself. In fact, I have made millions of dollars from the one investment in my coach training.

I have an M.A. in Higher Education, along with being a Master Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation and a Board Certified Coach through the Center for Credentialing and Education. I am the former Chief Learning Officer for International Coach Academy. As you can see, I have lots of experience both in coaching and training.

Prior to becoming a coach, I was a university professor, president of a semi-conductor manufacturing company and an estate and financial planner. I have worked with executive coaching clients from: Accenture, Manpower and Ford Motor Company.

To me, coaching is one of the best and most empowering professions in the world!

Jamee Tenzer, PCC, BCC

Jamee Tenzer Leadership Coach for Leverage for Leaders Coach AcademyHello, my name is Jamee Tenzer and I’m excited about the opportunity to work with you as you build your leadership and management skills.

I’ve been a Coach, Trainer and Mentor for 17 years, working with coaches around the world and coaching executives in many industries including; entertainment, non-profit, design, technology and more.

In addition to serving as a trainer and supervisor for the International Coach Academy from 2006 to 2015, I co-developed 3 ICF Accredited training courses for credentialed coaches; Deeper Conversations Coaching, Real Coaching Sessions Unplugged and Mentor Coach Certification.

As an executive coach, I work with my clients to manage more effectively, streamline communication and lead their teams to develop a collaborative approach to goal setting and problem solving.

Prior to becoming a Coach, I was a manager – working as an executive in the entertainment industry, leading teams and utilizing communication to shift team culture.

I hold a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Academy and am a Board Certified Coach through the Center for Credentialing and Education.

Jeannie Duncan, PhD

Jeannie Duncan Leadership Coach for Leverage for Leaders Coach AcademyHello, I’m Jeannie Duncan, and I have 25 years of corporate leadership experience in talent management and organizational development roles across the U.S. and in the Middle East, Southeast Asia and South America. I move well across cultures and have a gift for seeing the big picture of any organizational system, along with the genius and contributions of individuals and teams. 

Accredited in the Boss Whispering coaching protocol, I also have three Master’s degrees–in Educational Administration, Human Resources Management and Development, and Organizational Development—and a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems. 

To broaden my impact, I stepped out of the corporate world in 2014. I now serve the top executives who need me most, across a broad range of industries.  I’ve been called optimistic, focused and intuitive by my clients. 

My vision is to create healthy, mutually-rewarding workplaces–and help bring the world to a better, more vibrant place.

Scott Masciarelli, PCC, BCC

Scott Masciarelli Leadership Coach for Leverage for Leaders Coach AcademyHello, I’m Scott Masciarelli, PCC, BCC executive leadership coach, trainer, former expatriate leader and multi-lingual avid world traveler. You can learn more about my experience here

I’ve led multicultural teams through reorganization, expansion, a start-up and a corporate merger, all with a coaching approach. Over 20 years of corporate experience provided me countless learning opportunities and showed me the benefits of creating a structure, standard work and the impact that an inspiring leader and manager can have on a team.

As an executive leadership coach, it’s important for you to know that I am credentialed with the International Coach Federation and the Center for Credentialing and Education. I partner with individuals and organizations helping them to improve performance, employee engagement and profitability.

I have been a trainer for many years, delivering courses to coaches and corporate employees. As a coach trainer and mentor coach, I’ve worked with International Coach Academy, Impact Coaching Academy and The Global Academy of Coaching. It’s a fortunate opportunity to be able to share my passion for coaching with student coaches and managers and leaders looking to add coaching techniques to their cadre of skills.

My global experience as a leader, expatriate, trainer and coach creates a unique learning environment suitable for international organizations. I’ve seen the benefits of managing with a coaching approach first hand and am excited to share this with you and your organization!

Tamica Sears, MA, CIC

Tamica Sears Leadership Coach for Leverage for Leaders Coach AcademyHi there! I’m Tamica Sears, and I am looking forward to working with you to develop your coaching skills. I am an executive leadership coach with over 15 years of experience working in the capacity of a Human Resources Professional throughout a variety of different industries ranging from animal medicine to missile defense. I have a true passion for leadership development and have a great time coaching leaders and facilitating training that helps leaders bring their best selves to work every day.

A few years after finishing my Master’s Degree in Leadership, I had the pleasure of attending the Institute for Integrative Coach Training which allowed me to hone my skills as a coach. Attending this training raised the bar for me as a Human Resources Professional and a leader, solidifying in my mind that coaching is an essential tool that every leader needs to master.

My work as a coach gives me the opportunity to act as a trusted partner, guiding leaders through a process of gaining skills, confidence and self-awareness, that allows them to overcome obstacles, build high performing teams and crush their business goals. I look forward to becoming your trusted partner and helping you gain the skills needed to overcome any workplace obstacle.
